I was wondering where this was going. Didn't have much to do with cheese. Fortunately, the author pulled it all together with the last stanza. Lola eating Gorgonzola is great visual imagery, almost synesthetic. It hints at a deeper metaphor, but one we may never completely understand. The strong masculine rhyme scheme is an improvement over some of the author's earlier, more feminine rhymes. Just needs a little onomatopeaia and it would be a decent poem.

the more i read it, the more i like it. The lady sounds like someone I really want to know, I really feel like I have conected with her on a deeper cheesier level.
